The Factory Warehouse

The Factory Warehouses were designed in house and construction management were overseen by Press Developments. The two buildings total 25,025 sq.ft. were constructed with concrete tilt-up and provide up to fourteen individual storefronts. Each unit has 20 foot clear ceiling heights to allow for future mezzanines or second floor office space.
